Counseling services will be conducted by teletherapy or in-person visits.  All new client paperwork will need to be completed prior to an appointment through my Simple Practice client portal. For new clients, after your initial appointment is scheduled, you will receive client portal access via email to complete all required paperwork prior to your initial appointment.
